The Healthy Kids
… Healthy Future Learning Quest
is a four week themed investigation
around a student challenge focussed on creating
an understanding of how to achieve health
and fitness.
This Quest has three main parts:
1 Jump In (Introductory activities)
2 a Knowledge Hunt
3 a WebQuest
During the Quest, you will have the opportunity
to reflect on your own health and fitness
and do some personal
Goal Setting. Make use of what you
have learned during the Quest, reflect and
further develop your goal setting strategy.
