First you need to become the expert. Choose from the list of experts below or negotiate another with your Teacher. How you decide what character role you take is up to your class or teacher.

1. A Nutritionist
A Nutritionist applies the science of human nutrition to influence the eating behaviour of individuals, groups and communities. They select food to attain, maintain and promote health and to prevent and treat illness and disease.

2. Personal Fitness Trainer / Sports Coach
Fitness instructors are involved in the assessment, teaching, training and supervision of a variety of people in health and fitness clubs, gymnasiums, sports centres and community recreation organisations.

3. Journalist
Journalists write and edit news reports, commentaries and features for newspapers, magazines and for radio or television stations. Journalists who work for large commercial organisations and government departments prepare annual reports, speeches and media releases.

4. Politician with a focus on Youth and Health and Fitness
Parliamentarians and councillors are elected by the people of a particular region to represent their interests. They make decisions in Commonwealth or State and Territory parliaments or local government councils and undertake activities in their electorates. They assist in the development of government policy and legislation by presenting issues for debate and proposing changes to existing legislation and policy.
